This was a limited time hiCri 200 lumen emitter that is no longer available.
it has been used, so there are signs of wear but still works great. The worst wear is a small ding in head that is shown in...

For summer I am switching to a smaller pocket organizer. The one issue I am having is that the slot pocket limits the diameter of the flashlight to about 20mm. I have a few flashlights that will fit and have been using but none are forward clicky, which is my switch preference.
The must have...
I was wondering if anyone here has done an LED swap on the Lumitop Elfin. I really like the light, except for the emitter. I would really like a 5000k HiCri Nichoa or Samsung emitter, but don’t know if possible or who could do it. So I thought here was the best place to ask.
I have an older (pre-prometheus) Mini MKII that I somehow screwed up the configuration on and can’t figure out how to fix. It seems the light is in a single mode configuration, but not high.
I have tried to fix it by following the steps listed for changing the configuration (twist on-off...
If you own a Peak Logan 17500, what type of 17500 batteries do you buy and where do you get them?
I bought this light for the versatility using the delrin adapters, but would really like to have a few 17500s for normal use. I tried a KeepPower battery, but it is protected and too long.
Does anyone know of if there is a type of cap that could be screwed onto an HDS battery compartment so the compartment could double as a battery storage capsule? Also, is there a reason this should not be done?
I have thought about this before and now the possibility of an 18500 tube has me...
Does anyone have any experience with 18650 DIY Powerbanks like the Tomo M2 or XTAR PB2. I am considering getting one instead of a regular power bank, because I have 18650 batteries already for a few flashlights and thought one of these might be versatile.
I’m curious how well they work as...
Today my brother asked me if I would get him a flashlight. The flashlight will not be for extensive outdoor or work use, more of just something to have for occasional use.
My brother has cerebral palsy which provides some limitations on him, which drives the characteristics that I’m wanting.

I’ve been thinking about getting a magnetic usb charger for when I’m traveling light and want to have a charger available. I have been looking at the Olight Universal Magnetic USB charger, but then came across the new Nitecore LC10. I was curious if anyone had any experience with either of...
I am looking to buy a new headlamp that uses either CR123, AA, or both. This will be predominantly for emergency use during power outages such as during hurricanes and storms. I am not looking for something extremely bright but would like it to have at least a couple brightness levels.
My...
I just recently got an HDS Tactical and would like to use rechargeable batteries with it, so I am looking for some recommendations on what would be good 16340s or RCR123s to use in it. I don’t want to use bad batteries in such a nice flashlight.
I frequently see AW IMRs recommended, but have...
I really like my EagleTac D25c, but would like it even more if it had a forward clickie instead of a reverse clickie for the momentary on capability.
I noticed that the D25C switch is easily acceptable and was curious if anyone knew of an after-market forward clickie switch that would work...
