    Recommend me a flashlight please - for a Detective

    Malkoff makes great lights for Law Enforcement and first responders. MD2 would be a bit bigger with a simple user interface. High and low ring just twist the head. Takes 18650 and 2 CR123s.     MD2 with the 18350 Vapcell 1600mah and M91T (even the M61N for that matter) so far have been working out great. I'll have to see how long the runtimes will be so far so good. Not the wall of light that the Surefire Lumamax LX2 and VME head with M91B on a 16650 is. Low is much dimmer too but...

    I actually like that for factor. It's very similar to my old OLight Perun. That light worked well and still works well for my Son.

    I have to try one. Most lights I've used break on me. Bodies have broken, or electronics. Surefire and Streamlight included. Malkoff so far haven't.

    Anyway for the most part the more voltage you give em the more efficient they run. It's one of the reasons I wanted to play with the 18350 or MD4 etc. hopefully soon Malkoff makes the 2x21700 or someone makes a shorter 21350 battery...

    Again that's the M361 3 mode 750 lumen max (cool). You were asking for the M61N Single Mode. This is rated 400 lumens at 6 volts. Yes the M361 is rated pretty consistently and is why I run it on the 21700...
