Re: The 2015 Lounge Vinh, Does the MX25L3Cvn have 3 18650 batteries that run in series? I am a little leery of running these batteries in series although that would be my next light. What do you think about the series issue vs the higher amps these modified lights are running? Also, don't...

Re: The 2015 Lounge Make it a keeper. I ran my '68 for 18 years, 250,000 miles (wasn't by business car) and 4 round trip cross country trips from NY to California going as high as Alberta and low as AZ. Only one ticket in all those trips and it was on a highway in Wyoming where it just...

Mini Mag Lights: Colored lights are smaller ID?

I have three mini-maglights that I know of. Probably more. However, right now, I am looking at 1 blue one and two black ones. The blue one does not fit Eneloop Pros. They stick enough that I wouldn't be able to get them out. The black ones do. They slip right in. The blue one measures 3.71...

    Giveaway Thread (general info)

Re: Active giveaway - Olight S15 Baton It took eight guys in a wilderness camp to come up with that. The beers, guns and euchre may have helped get us so "PC".

    Giveaway Thread (general info)

Re: Active giveaway - Olight S15 Baton I'll take the Olight S15 This looks like a cool little carry light. I'm carrying a larger light, but I find that people chuckle that you carry one on your belt. If only they knew how many times a day I use this light, they wouldn't chuckle. It's a lot...

*NEW* Nitecore MH10 Rechargeable 1000 Lumen Light

OK, well then that is the warning for the 50% charge level. The reason it doesn't do it on the moonlight mode is that the voltage sag on moonlight is very low as a result of the low current required for that mode. At the higher modes, more current is required and the battery sags more and must...

*NEW* Nitecore MH10 Rechargeable 1000 Lumen Light

Show us you Eneloops and how they wear...

LOL, I wish! No, if you read the original post all of my Eneloops are new in that I just started using them. The Mahas I used to use (5 years ago before the technology was really good) look terrible. I was hoping that the Eneloops given the better covering, etc, would look just as good as new...

Show us you Eneloops and how they wear...

I've been standardizing on Eneloop Pros (which are all new) and was wondering how they hold up after time. Show some pictures and how long they have been in service. I know the older Mahas were pretty disgusting after about 1 year, but the Envelops (Sheesh, I wish the spell checker would learn...

Eneloop Pros: Am I being cheated?

So, the package has the rated value of 2550 and the battery has the minimum value of 2450? Or did their battery marking not keep up with the package marking?

*NEW* Nitecore MH10 Rechargeable 1000 Lumen Light

Not sure where you (and others) come up with this stuff. I suppose it's because you are a Fenix fan and Nitecore started advertising ca. 1000 lumen lights way before most others did. I think people took on the attitude of "How can they outdo Fenix?". If you look closely, Nitecore has been on...

Eneloop Pros: Am I being cheated?

So far, I bought 6 packs of Eneloop Pros from Battery Junction. The packages all say 2550mAh. The batteries all say 2450 mAh. What gives?

    Suggestion to flashlight manufactures.

That 50 lumen level is pretty useful. 30 hrs too.
