I've got a 25k lumen flamethrower I use on northern Wisconsin winter nights to light up the back 40, but the main beneficiary of my flashlight fetish is shining deer at long distance in the fields neer my hunting areas.
Re: WTS: Eagletac MX30L3C with Nichia 219b LED's.
I just bought an MX30L4Cvn 4000K XPL HI that is now my favorite light! At 5,200 lumens and 198k lux it is a great balanced light with a nice neutral light. Your light will have a similar beam and tint and will be someones favorite light as well.
Re: WTS: Eagletac MX30L3C with Nichia 219b LED's.
Did you buy this light new with the 219B LED's? I thought that they used 219C in this light. Sounds like a very nice light.
Eagtac make some of the best lights out there, but with terrible knurling. I have a MX25L3Cvn that I put a three inch piece of mountain bike inner tube on the handle and a MX30L4Cvn that I put a couple of thick o-rings on. Eagtac is short for Eagle Tactical, but their knurling is anything BUT...
Re: 6XLvn
I am surprised that this light is still here! This is a great light at a great price. I would buy it if I had not just purchased an MX30L4Cvn.
I really have no idea. Figuring out how different drivers work is one of those flashlight oriented things I have not taken the time to figure out. Looks like I need to dive in to drivers now.
