Just to chip in. I think all the advice I've seen looks correct. Cottonpickers chargers detect cells that have been heavily discharged (This is anything below 2.9v) and when this happens they gently charge at about 10% of the normal charge rate until the cell hits 2.9v at which point they will...- cottonpickers
