For a AA light for the price the LED Mini Mag would be my first choice. Have had one in the tool bag in my car for a long time has been dropped and beat on several times
but never failed. Second choice would be the Fenix LD22
Still have a 3 cell maglite with LED conversion in it (as much for a club as a light) along with a 2 cell mag LED and
usually an Olight S10R in my pocket. Work tool bag never know what light will be in there besides an LED with magnet

I have been carrying a E11 for last couple of years hard to beat reliability of this with AA

forgot to check the batteries in the 2d maglite that sets in the top of my tool box at work for a while they leakedand got stuck in the tube. Tried baking soda and water, coke, auto battery cleaner finally managed to get them out but switch was damaged and enough corosion inside to keep it from...
Mag-Tac 320 had not seen one yet and decided to give it a try. Bought an extra clip and put iton my xl50to keep it from rolling away. seems like a decent light. Bought a couple of fenix E12 for Christmas gifts
