    I'm in the UK. I ordered late Tuesday night (UK time) and got my shipping confirmation this afternoon - Thursday. Quoted delivery time is 7-10 days, but from experience stuff from HK normally takes about one week to get here

    By all accounts the CS is excellent and you will get a replacement newer model. If you want the Wave back, then I would quickly get in touch with them to explain the 'sentimental' value of your Wave, and if they can't repair it they will probably return it along with your new one.

    Whilst not begrudging any UK dealer in making a living, most UK sellers just change the $ sign to a £ and the figures stay the same. I think we should lock the thread, embrace the internet, and with the closing comment - "Just order from the US, it'll be here in a week"

    I sent a letter to Tony @ nr 10, and asked if we had to be the 51st state, then why can't we have the same prices? Never did get a reply. I must admit though, that I get a warm moist feeling every time an imported parcel goes under the VAT and Duty radar. lol - long live the confederacy!
