    Was the highest output of the IV Plus always 2300 lumens? I could have sworn it was a different value a few months ago. But when I ordered mine today I noticed the number rounded to 2300. Anybody have a clue?

    one more New Surefire Light - the D3FT

    The article says that this light is intended for the Surefire grip. I think the ring has to be that far up to allow for a good fit in the hand. Pushing the ring back any farther might make it difficult. I believe the ring is fixed up front. This doesnt seem good for pocket carry or any grip...

    Something New Coming from Surefire?

    I read somewhere that the new 1500 lumen Fury be dual fuel (hence the df in the model number). This means it will support 18650 batteries. As for the other lights, I can only assume they would support 16650 batteries. Being that they are 6V devices.
