    Strobe mode - WHY?

    I do not use the strobe mode, but I have a few lights that make you cycle thru that mode... best hidden.

    CR123 Flashlight Mindmap

    I have the 3 in red:) the thrunite was a bargain, simple to use, bright, no disco mode the sunwayman is classy, great UI... 3 modes on control ring, than hi to med to get the hidden modes. the olight is a tactical light, solid. disco mode not hidden.

    What was the last LED light you purchased and why?

    About 3-4 weeks ago my old lead-acid Cabelas spotlight went belly up. So I started researching flashlights on the web. The more I learned the more obsessed I became. I spent hours/days/weeks reading reviews, watching videos and following CPF threads. Then Black Friday arrived! Bad, bad timing...
