You mentioned that the OP just did just an unboxing, though you gave your opinion on all parts of the flashlight without even touching one. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and IMO the OP did a great job.
I don’t think manufacturers make perfect flashlights on purpose to keep us coming back. The closest I’ve ever come was with a Zebralight which was very customisable. That said the Seeker 2 Pro comes close - 32k lumen, nice useful beam, solid user interface, brightness/ battery level indicators...
Welcome back to CPF! Great to see another one of your videos. I’ve always had a soft spot for TIR flooders & OLight in general. I can feel my wallet getting lighter already heh:)
Re: OLight's Biggest & Brightest Flashlight - X9R Prototype Sneak Peek & Giveaway!
That’s awesome! Finally a release date from OLight! You should put that in the top of the thread so others won’t miss the release date. Thanks also for the giveaway on your channel
Re: OLight's Biggest & Brightest Flashlight - X9R Prototype Sneak Peek & Giveaway!
Wow what a monster flashlight, definitely on my wish list. Thanks for the sneak peek:D
Hey all, posting on behalf of OutdoorsIQ while their new account is being approved. Both the video and written review's are by Outdoors IQ. Nice to see a new review style which I would say is a 'casual read' rather then 'scientific bench test'. Both video and written formats are provided...
Thanks scout24! Appreciate your leniency on this one and will ensure future video reviews are either accompanied by a written review or otherwise not posted. Great mod’s really make a great forum!:D
Your right OLight has the best interface. But this is a solid light when you get your head around it. That XP-HI emitter and orange peel reflector has a really nice beam. It’s good to see some throw back in pocket lights since you TIR lens became popular recently.
Hey guys, showing my support again for a small YouTube channel by posting up their review. This one is for the new Klarus Mi1C TI/ CU, its basically a Mi1C with a (much preferred IMO) orange peel reflector and titanium or copper body. This or the S1 Mini Baton....?

Not my review, but wanted to show my support for such a small channel. Something a bit different, short and to the point. I hope to see more like this:candle:
Re: Olight S1 Mini Baton
There’s a review on YouTube https://youtu.be/l6mhvAsB6wc which verifies the weight with/ without the battery. I think the extra weight might be the magnetic tail cap. I’m getting one, ticks all the boxes for me.
I prefer to have two separate lights for throw & flood. I'm currently running OLight's M3XS-UT (1000m+) and a SRMINI INTIMIDATOR II (TIR Lens, nice flood). More flashlights the better I say!
