Headlamp for Hike, Camp and Bike?

The Zebralight H502d doesn't sound like the right Zebralight model for you here, it doesn't throw at all. Check out the H52w instead :)

Sold/Expired WTS: A couple of Vinh lights *price drop + P60 drop in*

Re: WTS: A couple of Vinh lights *updated* I've never had a problem with it. Always used with Efest 350mAh 10440 IMR button top cells (will not support flat top). For shipping to Italy the price would be £33 no tracking or insurance, or £38 with tracking and insurance.

    Headlamp for car repairs

My recommendation is for something with a very wide beam angle. I was always sceptical about this, but I tried a Zebralight H502 and I found the wide beam to be great for 'arms length' repair/DIY work. I would probably prefer the H502w as it is a warmer colour light. Zebralight are quite...

Zebra Light XHP35 Headlamp Coming Soon

+1 totally agree with you. It's one of my biggest irritations with the H6xx series (though that isn't saying much)

    Super Reliable Headlamp for backpacking?

The most reliable headlamps I've owned are Petzl. They just work. The downside (for me) is that they generally take 3xAAA. If you're after something small and lightweight, and that you may be able to find extra batteries for, the Zebralight H52 might fit the bill. It takes 1xAA. If you had a...

Looking for a durable headtorch uk

I used my H32w with a 16340 lithium ion rechargeable and it was great. Don't forget the H52 though, if you'd rather use AA batteries. It's also worth thinking about the H302 or H502 which have a really wide beam pattern. They're great for working up close, like on your car or DIY.

    26650 cell recommendations ?

Ecoluxshop on eBay have a good reputation. They sell some Keeppower 5200 mAh protected cells that are effectively button top, that would be my choice.

    SL2 (Must Have)

There are some beamshots of triple setups on the PD35vn page. None are for 219, but they should give you a good approximation. http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?384781-WTS-PD35vn/page30 Generally triples do not give strong throw, they produce a broad 'blob' hotspot with...

Fenix LD02-how are yours holding up?

I've had mine since they were first available. I carry it every day and never had any problems. There are some chips in the anodizing around the lens but that's it. I accidentally washed it with my clothes once but it was fine! It's been a solid little light for me.

    18350-sized lights make perfect EDCs?

I often carry an S2+ triple too. I find it to be a good size with a practical beam pattern (XP-G2), and I don't have any heat problems even driving at 3A. I mostly use a ~0.75A level which lasts long enough for me using an AWT 18350. In a pinch, mine can also run ok from a CR123A, but I would...
