    Interestingly, I was curious today and tested the voltage on two 18650 as I pulled them out of my Xtar WP2 SP2. Both read 4.169V. I have two AW 18650 2900 mAh. Probably 50 to 100 cycles on each battery. The charger was set to 500mA. Voltage before charging was 3.203V and 3.910V.
