    IR \"jumper cable\"? Is there something that I can use to help the connection of two IR devices (Palm IIIc and phone) without direct line-of-sight? I was thinking some sort of little fiber optic cable that I could line up with both IR ports? would the signal transmit?

    I picked up one of those 4AA coleman compact flourescent lights as a reading light, and he got a 4D lantern as an area light for the rest of the apartment. I do like the idea of the 20 LED lantern, I wonder if the light distribution is fairly even.

    CPF on AvantGo

    It's a Palm IIIc- behind the times, I know, but good enough for my needs. I could use my phone as an IR modem and surf wireless, but it is very slow, and the bathroom gets no signal. Ah well, at least I can read the topic headings so i know which threads i want to check on my desktop.
