    Zebralight SC600w IV Plus

Sorry, I'm not a photographer. The beam from the SC600w is a bit wider, warmer, and brighter. And despite being a slightly larger light, the clip lets it ride deeper in my pocket.

    Zebralight SC600w IV Plus

For those still wondering about ordering times, I'll share my experience. I ordered an SC600w IV Plus back on November 11th. I just received it today December 22nd. The delay was not a problem for me, as I have continued to carry my trusty old SC62 as I waited. I'm a little sad, actually, to...

**NEW** 2,800 Lumen pocket light canon review! The Nitecore TM03 (XHP70 LED)

Re: **NOT-NEW** 2,800 Lumen pocket light canon review! The Nitecore TM03 (XHP70 LED) I did. Their answer was, "We do not have a matching clip for the TM03 model" which sounds like a canned answer. Upon further investigation, it appears that all those clips that I linked are for 1 inch...

**NEW** 2,800 Lumen pocket light canon review! The Nitecore TM03 (XHP70 LED)

Re: **NOT-NEW** 2,800 Lumen pocket light canon review! The Nitecore TM03 (XHP70 LED) I realize I'm bumping an old thread, but this light is new to me. I just recently picked one up. I love the light. For me its a great general purpose type light. My favorite thing about it is the ability to...

Wow, why in the world do you carry a flashlight with you?

Self defense? I suppose you could live in a state that restricts their carry, or in a state that doesn't restrict the carry of better weapons (guns). I live in California, in a county where sheriff's don't issue carry permits. So knives and pepper spray are it. This. I carry more than 1 knife...

    Lost my favorite light!

Exactly! Hope so. I would rather somebody get some use out if it than have it slowly corrode under wet sand. But with the complex and powerful Zebralight UI, I wonder if the person who finds it will even figure out how to use many of it's brightness levels...

    1x 18650 - Something slim?

Bingo! Zebralight SC62. Small. Single 18650. Great modes and UI. Can't be beat. (Except when you lose it, like me. :( )

    Lost my favorite light!

Argh! Spent the day at the beach with my daughter. Had my Zebralight SC62 clipped in my pocket like I always do. But I stuffed the dog leash in my pocket a couple times. Noticed the light was gone at some point. Tried to retrace my steps. Couldn't find it. :( It's sitting in the sand...

how many lights do you carry?

You're asking the inmates of the asylum if you're crazy. Of course they are all going to tell you that you are not. If you ask anywhere else but here, most people would think you are a little crazy. Eccentric is perhaps a better word. Even non-flashlight geeks probably can understand carrying...

    MagLite Upgrade?

Can't speak for all models but I have a Terralux LED upgrade in an old 2D cell Mag, and while it is infinately better than the incandescent bulb, it isn't quite as good as the first Gen Mag LED. So no it is not an upgrade in that case.

    Mag love or hate?

I think this is an inaccurate and unfair characterization. Dollar store lights will last a year, maybe, if you're lucky. My Mags never die. I have a couple that are over 30 years old and still going strong. I doubt ANY of the current generation of Chinese lights will ever do that. Well two...

    Question About Throw Distances?

.25 lux is moonlight, and it is quite a lot of light if your eyes are adjusted to the dark. It's plenty to see by, just not from hundreds of meters away, which is the rub. Although it depends on conditions (fog, pollen, or clear air) and what you are trying to see. Some examples. My M25C2...
