when the lights "step down" can you turn them off then back on to restore to the full amount of lumens or is it like a heat cycle where it has to cool down???
i like that the HL has a spot and not a flood yet i can see a good size span close to where im standing. i only use CR's since in the case of a emergency and power is out there will be no recharging of batteries. but anyway i want a similar light but haven't found one but the Nitecore MT26 any...
Hello,
My friend just bought the StreamLight ProTac HL 600, This light seems pretty amazing but i wanted to check my options before buying it. i like the size although the head seems a little to big, i like the weight it seems very light, and i like the output on CRs. Is there anything like...
This thread made me but this light!!!
Im glad this site is around with people doing reviews.
The clip sucks but will do until someone finds another one that fits or makes a new one aftermarket. This is for sure an awesome little light and i say little cause its smaller them my streamlight...
if someone makes one i will for sure but it! i flipped my clip around i do not like the light pointed up in m pocket. but still it is too stiff and the end is just odd actually i scratched a car with it being in my pocket.
has anyone found a replacement clip for it that works better then the one it came with? It is for sure quite annoying and not easy to open. I am just wondering if any of you have tried another clip from another light that fits????? Maybe something I can buy separately for under $10 or so?

today i received my s10. i am extremely happy with it. it is smaller then i thought it would be, fits in my pocket better, and the light output on high is insane! This is NOT a throw light so if your expecting to light up something 600 feet away it is not the light for you BUT if you want to...
i did the streamlight/fenix retro fit and i couldn't be happier! cost me about $60 but was worth it i carry it every day and use it every day. very impressed with it.
i bought the s10 it will arrive on wed so i cant tell you specifics but i choose it over the Nitecore cause of the flood spill over a long beam. a long beam is cool for impressing friends but i would take a higher flood for most any emergency situation, walking, camping etc. However I would like...
So i read this thread a few days ago and went to my self "ehhhh" then last night i needed something from the barn and realized that my EDC was amazingly more helpful then my throw light.
