    Look at Dinotte bike lights. You really want a flood light on the bars and a spot on the helmet. Any flashlight with good throw will work on the helmet but a good flood on your bars I recommend Dinotte. Warranty and customer support are the best in the business.

    Ok, I take it back! It should work fine with an AK15... Mine only goes out when I whack it using the extended battery tube... Maybe it's the switch? I only have 1 so I don't think I could wait if I had to send it back. When Henry is back up and running I'm getting a HI CRI... He really does...

    Post 1502 and 1503... My HDS flickers when I hit the bottom of it... I don't think it would work well mounted to an ar15. It would shut off momentarily.

    Do you actually use your strobe functions? For what purpose?

    I used it for cycling... If it flashes too fast, people pull out in front of you... if it flashes too slow people pull out in front of you... if it flashes just right, people pull out in front of you... So, i don't use it anymore. :-) Strobe mode did give me an excuse to buy more flashlights...

    Peak makes a nice Hi CRI AAA light called the Eiger... I love mine! Runs forever!

    Tiablo A7 UI Problem

    I have that problem if the light is cold (below 50F)... and Yes, the A7 is a disappointment. It seems to work fine if it's only used above 50 F.

    I have a Tiablo A7 and it doesn't work when the temperature is under 50 degrees F... This is my 2nd Tiablo with the same problem. Does anybody else have this problem with Tiablo lights? I'm unhappy with this Tiablo light! :thumbsdow
