I got my LD40 this summer and have used it a lot at work, now it's one of my favorite flashlights
The beam is not pretty but functional, and with a surprisingly good throw. It works well indoors too despite the good throw.
But if you want to access the strobe you first need to turn...
I have just ordered my first flashlight with "memory", the Fenix LD40. But I will mainly use as a "one-mode" flashlight with the option to change modes if necessary.
So right now I don't know if I like memory feature or not, time will tell :sssh:
The 4Sevens ReVO is a very small and functional flashlight, the ReVO SS neutral white is even better and very fashionable.
But the 4Sevens Quark AA + the Prism kit would probably be a perfect combination for your needs. The Quark AA has the (wonderful) 0.2 lumens mode, which in many cases is...
Yes the ReVO looks like a very nice little flashlight.
The CR2 WW is nice but it's always fun to try another model. And I can't really decide which tint I like the most, the neutral or ww.
My CR2 was toasted for hours maybe even days :poof:
Will try that some day
Great review :)
The MiNi AA2 is a really interesting flashlight, personally I prefer my AA2 Quarks over my 2xCR123's when I take a night walk. And the low profile clip seems to be perfect for pocket carry.
