    that is not the e-05 i own ( multiple model may be ?) , i have a ss edition and aluminium edition aaa lights . my problem is i cant get the driver out of the head . seems like it is not screwed in . may be glued and screwed. ??

    fenix e-05 , and astrolux a-01 ( overdrive with 10440 lifepo4 @3.6 v ) .. fenix e-05 is working without any issue for last 6 years or so.. astrolux is working for last 3 years .

    i have bought this light 2 years back. and it run only for 3-4 months and then its battery died. worst reliable battery, and its battery is so hard to get in india. now its in my scrap bin for years.

    i used to keep a fenix e-05 on my bike's keyring before. then i switched to astrolux a-01 nichia which runs on 10440 lifepo4 battery @ 3.6 volts. ( thinks that battery gives double the rated output lumens.)
