    Totally agree...I'm sure you'll now get a lot of replies trying to justify rechargeables...If my wife had listened to me about putting lithium AA primaries in her glove box flashlight, I wouldn't have had to chunk it when the alkaleaks wouldn't come out of it in June (Texas Heat).

    Do you not think you get more UV exposure EVERY DAY when you go outside than this? If you have no problematic symptoms, you should forget about it. OTOH, if you do have any issues, like previously said, go see an eye doctor, even though that would be closing the barn door after the horses are out.

    Copper doesn't "kill" coronavirus. It just doesn't survive very long on it. I see this misstated often.

    I'm still open to new things if they meet my criteria, but I find I already own those that do. For me, I'm more concerned now with features & ergonomics that fit me than I am with additional output. I'm not a fan of rechargeables (which seem to be the trend) which helps with my flashlight...

    Do you hate it when the batteries rattle?

    That's quite a bit of shimming @RetroTechie. I have one 2c light that I had to wrap one layer of paper around the batteries for a perfect non-rattle fit, but I wouldn't want to deal with a shim that was rubber. Does it stay in place or do you have to remove it each time you change batteries?
