    I don't want the pressure switch repaired I would like to set up the light in it's original hand held configuration. In any case you are probably right a call to Surefire may be in order.

    I am at the low end of tech savvy here but from a shooters perspective I have found that optics with lit reticles are much to bright on their higher settings.. They interfere with overall vision and obscure the target. Think driving in your car at night with the dome light turned on and dialed...

    I just stick my Streamlight ProTac 2L in my weak side pocket bezel to the rear so when I draw it the tail cap is at my thumb and the bezel is at my pinky. Over the years I have moved away from rings,lanyards and pocket clipping I have found they just snag on stuff,cause difficulty when drawing...
