Re: Clash of The Throwers 2018

I bought this off a gentlemen from the other forum. No doubt the LEADER in its class. Out throws the U22vn OSLON by 121 meters.

It is not fair, because m25c2vn have a bigger head diameter than u21vn.

Xsvn. 70 mm head. 675kcd
m25c2vnt. 62 mm. 552kcd
u21vn. 59mm. 465kcd

With that little difference in size I would certainly consider them in the same class. Otherwise your going to have about 25 light classifications when comparing lights.

3mm is such a small difference compared to the TX25C2vn[31.5mm] that you compared to the U21vn[59mm].

Wonder if that's Capo's light-- the light he said he'd never sell.

Actually I think I told him my best thrower was the TX25C2VN and I was looking forward to the U21. He replied to my comment and stated that the U21 throws much better. I don't think he was necessarily comparing them. He was just stating the facts.

Don't forget jetbeam T6vn.. it was a high output thrower before. Now Tn42vn take over and so I will say T6vn medium thrower. I like this light beside it doesn't have a lockout function.. there is no parasitic drain..

I miss the T6vn.. great light and the lockout issues never bothered me. I don't miss the greenish tint though, but that's a price we pay with dedomed emitters.

Yea the t6vn packed a punch for the size and weight. But I like the tn40svn much more.
