It's a 11 volt, 2 Amps bulb which runs well with 3 protected or IMR 18500 cells.
Since protected 18500 batteries are slightly longer than unprotected or IMRs and flashlight barrel length is designed for protected cells, to prevent loose connection, I highly recommend 3 new or healthy protected cells.

Got the light body in and looks great,

Went to swap in the higher power bulb and the o-ring that keeps the bezel well secured to the head tore apart, the large o-ring.

What size is it and I'll source a new one.
