660 nm clear lens leds

I purchased a large lot of 660 nm clear lens red emitter leds thinking they were white leds
so now I wandering what these were made for? Sense red lasers are around this
wavelength could they be made for laser pointer application?

I dont think so, but 660nm might be useful for growing plants.
