Does anyone make a flashlight about the size of a single 18650 battery flashlight that can be set to do a slow blink, low power is fine, red is preferred but other colors would work ? Or what is the smallest flashlight that meets the blink setting criteria if it is larger ?

Two that come to mind are:

Foursevens Quark QK16L MKIII (16650)
Config. 6: Low - Med - High - Strobe - SOS - Beacon - (Burst)
[not 18650 but 16650]

HDS with an 18650 body can be programmed to have one of its 4 preset brightness levels to:
Fast Strobe, Slow Strobe, Pulsating Strobe, Beacon Strobe and SOS (46CFR161.013-7
compliant).
Probably more complicated than you require, and not cheap, but if for a bicycle, they do model and mount specificity for this.

Nitecore la10 lantern with retractable diffusor and pretty slow blink as 4th mode. Small aa light (lantern not flashlight) has magnet and 360° viewable.

Zebralight SC64, either variation. Very compact for a 1x18650 light.

Thanks guys - this will probably take a little more study/research than I expected but most likely the solution is at hand !

This didn't post quite like I expected it to but it should work. Thanks again
