OMG.

I hope you upgraded your brakes, too.
An emergency braking parachute would probably work well at that kind of speed ;)

What kind of fuel does it use? How do you control it?

What do people say when they see you coming with the 40W?

1. High speed status, try not to use the front brake, and select the best possible road;
2. kerosene, use the handlebar throttle;
3. Too bright, or bike?

Hello Shine

I believe you are the maker of the Fire-Fox HID's if I'm not mistaken.

How about making us a GROUP BUY DEAL for CPF on your lights. Allot of HID Lovers here and your lights will get much exposure in the USA +

You would make allot of sales by being a dealer here on CPF too!

Well how about that? A jet powered scooter! Now I just don't know whether that's cool, neat, or just funny as hell. :crackup:

The FFIII, on the otherhand is most certainly cool. :cool:

If I converted correctly, your 150N turbine is producing about 15 pounds of thrust? There appears to be no conversion btw thrust and HP. Would you say your bike performs like it has 1 HP, 5 HP or? How do you prevent your clothes and yourself from being sucked into the intake?:D

1. 150N thrust, about 15kg, 30 pounds;
2. Jet engine usually don't use the horsepower as parameter, if covert to HP, P=F*V=150n*400m/s=60KW=81HP, 400m/s is speed of outlet airflow;
Jet engine's efficiency is very low at low speed state, less than about 10% of the piston engine.
3. Myself sucked into the intake? it has not so much power:)

If you power your bike with a jet engine then you are simply not doing it justice with a 40w HID, you need to handlebar mount a Megaray to keep it all proportional.
