Here are another interesting addition to your favorite E series.
These Bi-Metal version of type III grey hard anodized or type III black hard anodized which has aluminum body with stainless steel front thread which is much stronger than aluminum one and last longer but still light weight. After installing head, you won't see stainless steel thread.
Body is slightly fatter than original but considerably shorter (than E2) with more aggressive knurling and without flat sides. OD of knurled body barrel is about 0.925" (23.5mm) & ID is about 0.736" (18.70mm)
Basicaly, you convert your E series $urefire to single 18350 or 18500, from small to more powerfull and long run pocket friendly flashlight. Completly Mil spec type III hard anodized to match as close as possible to natural HA or black.
SS thread is glued into aluminum barrel and won't come off.
18350 version will take 35mm long cell and 18500 version will take 51.5mm long cell.
Come with installed (head side) O'ring and tail side O'ring.
Simply instal the original head (and proper lamp assembly) on loaded body then install original tail cap. Allways reversible and you keep original body new and scratch free.
It is also possible to use E to C adapters on these bodies for modular system using D26
What you will get is: round body (NO flat sides) neck o'ring and tail O'ring. No head, no lamp assembly, no tail cap, no battery and no charger is included or available.
