I saw that and it looks interesting. I hope it's the real deal and not just some CEO's attempt to get his funding extended. If it's true, this could change a lot of things that use silicon voltaics.

That is very interesting. A 100 to 500 times jump in sensitivity is hard to fathom. That would make many existing systems really obsolete, and really drive down the cost.

I hope they can also use it to make improved efficiency solar cells.
