I had searched the Internet for a Xeno TW42 diffuser but couldn't find anywhere to order one so I contacted Xeno via email to ask where I could buy one.
When I logged into my email, I had received 2 email from Xeno and one from hkequipment (who Xeno had contacted on my behalf). Wow, I was impressed! :wow:
I then exchanged a couple of email with hkequipment. I received super fast replies (within an hour) and they were very helpful (as was Xeno).
I ordered the diffuser from hkequipment (their website) in Hong Kong and 7 days later, I received it (today). I couldn't believe it arrived so fast! I then checked my bank account thinking perhaps I had accidentally paid for some expensive shipping service but I hadn't. :shrug:
I'm very impressed with the customer service from both Xeno and HKequipment. I will definitely order from them again!
