Could you please help identify this light?

I received this light as a gift about a year or two ago. It does not have any identification. It can be recharged via onboard usb, and it came with what look like two 18650s in 21700? Adapters??

It is quite bright and has a zoom lens feature (push pull) that spreads the light or focuses it.

Anyone know what it is?

It's a generic light, with no true manufacturer. On Amazon, it goes by the brand "Haofy"...

I keep wanting to say Sunwayman but am not sure. One thing that is for sure is that it was cheap. Still push pull variable focus is very nice. It was an expensive "cheap" light whatever it is. I would actually keep it.
