Cree MCE Fraen Reflector Adapter for XM-L or XP-L

Im looking for a Fraen Reflector adapter a little plastic piece that goes with the led reflector to fit certain LED, like for an example the fraen reflector is design to fit Cree MC-E is 7 x 9 mm, but, i would like to use XP-L instead the dimensions are 3.45x3.45. I know I've seen some flash lights that have those plastic things that goes in the middle to fit in the reflector or some times it prevents from spinning. a Mc-e reflector than can also fit XM-L or XP-L led with the plastic template. Hope i explained this well.
