Hello All CPF 'ers. New member, love this forum.
I just ordered a Solarforce L2i body with the new Cree 330 Lumin, low voltage , dropin.

And i was needing some help in battery selection. I have tried to locate this info thru searches, reading etc and am now more confused!
I need to know, with the current draw for the 3 mode r-5 drop in, what style 18650 battery to go with.
I want a long run time and am willing to pay for a quality battery, but got confused on the type of chemistery inside the battery i need. I see L-ion needs this current draw to last over a few uses, and that another style works best with some other current draw.
Should i use an Li-ion, Ni-metal, or...
