I think some of the lights are in stock in North America and some are not thats all.
The ones that are here already will be cheaper to ship and the ones that are in China will be pricuier to ship.
It doesn't seem like a game to me but just poor planning on their part?

Their website overall is really bad to me too and it makes it almost impossible or at least frustrating to comprehend what the differences really are between the lights and what they do or do not actually stock and where.

Not willing to wait weeks when other companies have more affordable and faster shipping. It's a shame cause I'm sure many people leave items in their cart when they get to the shipping section.

The free shipping if over 100$ seems to really depend on product and it's location. If stock is in China, seems to be 30$ shipping or 15$ if total is over 100$. If shipping from the USA, seems to be 8$ or free if over 100$.

What is the difference between Prime and Partner models?
