I don't know about other bulbs, but I recently tried this with an Osram 64275 (axial filament) bulb and it worked perfectly. Now if only enough interest could be generated to convince you to make more.

Here I have very limited quantity of camless deep reflectors with 16mm bulb opening for large LEDs.
All reflectors come with VLOP texture to smooth out the beam but you may need to defocus it slightly to fill up black hole.

This may work well on the SST-90 as well. I'd like to have one for my hotwire, and perhaps another for the SST.

I've used this with the sst-90 and it does work well. You do need to loosen the head a little for perfect focus. I have also tried it with an Osram 64275 hotwire bulb and it focuses the bulb pretty well.

These reflectors work well with Cree XM-L. Adds a lot of throw compared to standard size plastic or smooth alu reflectors. Focus point is slightly under the rim of the opening so I glued a piece of a cam to the underside (for looks).

Any chance of making some more of these?

I recently opened up a ThrowMaster to 16mm for use with an SST-90 on a pedestal sink (results here) and WOW, what perfection. I was even more impressed with what it did for the LED than for the incan bulbs I tried in it first. FiveMega still has quite a few ThrowMasters left for sale. I wonder if he could be coaxed into opening them to 16mm for this purpose. I'm sure they'd sell.

Yes, these will replace stock plastic reflector.

All you need to do is, remove stock reflector, place these aluminum reflector then place the bezel.
