stupid question I'm sure (and this may not be the right place to ask), but what kind of oil should I use to keep the threads lubricated and smooth on my draco/drake?

I got a notification that the LED will be here today/tomorrow.
I'll assemble the remaining parts this week and send them out.

BTW: I'm still on back order for the Nano charger. I'll refunds the charger cost so you guys can get them from lighthound or such.

Ripley, Nanolube or Krytox is what's used to lubricate the threads.
I use Krytox 50/50 mix from here which will last me a lifetime.

Drake and Draco utilize the same light engine. They are also interchangable.

The difference in output is due to the battery source.

Turbo head is still the old Luxeon version.
I got a prototype that works on Reble &| XP-E. Still have to resolve the die centering issue. Once that's done I'll make more Turbo LE and we can have a go with this.

My first custom light (Draco):twothumbs - has been on my keychain ever since it arrived. Still on the first battery (should change that out tomorrow)! I've ordered several custom lights since, this is the smallest light I've got and it's amazingly bright.

If I did purchase over again I would get it in titanium - just because. If there is anyone on the fence - go for it! Modamag is great to deal with, he's got a great product (I don't see very many Dracos/Drakes on B/S/T).
