Do you like this light ?
I think I may purchase this over the Klarus xt11 for the numerous modes and able to extend to 2-3 18650s.

It's very good to be excited, even though it's a flashlight. I don't even really need an expensive flashlight but they're cool.

To me the Tx25c2 isn't too expensive for what you get.

I had $50 in eBay bucks. So got one there from authorized dealer. Came to $70.00 -minus $20 from my pocket. it is not the kit. I'll purchase what I need later on.

Kind of funny, I was trying to decide between the Eagletac and Klarus xt11 too. I chose Eagletac, but ended up with the T25C2 CREE XP-L V5 LED.

Did u get that because of the 4 modes and tail cap ? All my lights have tail switching except for my very first light a 2d maglight and I enjoy the button on the head vs tail so that's why I chose the tx25. What is the xp-l v5 ?

Two 18650's?? All the lights in my picture of 4 use a "single" 18650 w/exception of the D25C2vn which uses an IMR 16340

"V54"-Vinh Nguyen did the mods. Link below specifically for this light.

As far as 18650 battery question? YES,,,,,,,,,,Instead of the standard Panasonic protected battery these lights need "High Drain IMR cells". There are several good brands and they are actually a little cheaper.Efest, Keeppower, Samsung are some of them.
