Ever had one of those EDC days?

I once got, up got dressed , packed my EDC kit in my pockets, put on my watch, my shades, etc set off on school run, checked fuel level, cruised to the sons school, pulled up outside then realised I had left my son at home !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I literally laughed out loud at this post - more of a guffaw, actually. I'm glad I was at home when I read that; I would have drawn some stares at work!

Yeah, I've occasionally forgoten some of the stuff I normally fill my pockets with. Sometimes I have my coat pockets full, notice the weather is different and change my coat and oops, forgot to get the stuff in my pockets. I've forgotten my cell phone a couple of times when changing my clothes before or after work. I find the easiest way to make sure that I have everything when I leave home is just to carry the stuff while I'm at home.

I never leave home without my knife . I must put more thought in to what knife to carry than I do on what I will wear ?
