Initial impressions are very good with this one. The sample that's in my hand/pocket at this very moment is worth every penny of the retail asking price and is a steal at the PROMO price! Blade centering is very good but does favor a bit to the non-locking side. The detent is strong but makes the blade fly out when flipped. It does however make the hole in the blade virtually useless for opening. But with that the knife is designed as a flipper so that doesn't really bother me. The flipper tab does like to be light switched rather than push buttoned. The stone washed finish on the blade is very even and consistent. I think it looks quiet nice. The finish on the handles is more of a blasted finish and does offer a little added texture for grip. The lock bar has a insert that doubles as a blade over-travel stop. I'm not sure what the material it's made out of but I'm assuming it's steel. The pocket clip is trim but has a nice tension to it. The turn up at the tip of the clip is sort of flat so when putting it in the pockets of my work pants I had to pay a little more attention to get it started over the thick double layered material.
I had planned on ordering a second knife with the carbon fiber handles but the promo code expired while I was waiting on some funds to transfer from PayPal to my bank account. The quality is enough that I'll probably still end up ordering the knife but it may be a couple weeks before I do so.
Hope this crudely written post helps anyone that may be interested in this knife.
