Fascinating Ozark Trail 250 AA

A $13 light from Wal-Mart, takes three AAs and steps itself down, but 5 hours on a high mode that begins at 250 lumens. Rechargeable batteries work well in it. Rather too big for EDC it has more throw and wider flood than the coast hp7. Good disorienting strobe. Comes with Duracell primaries, technically bringing the light cost down to $11.50. Not bad for store bought. No IP rating, drop tested 3feet. Low mode 20 hours. Good back up light and house chore light. No roll stop, no lanyard hole are disappointing, and mine had an led not centered %100, about 97% centered.

I've had pretty good luck with their 200 and 225 lumen models. Tough as nails.
