Fenix BT20 driver

Someone gave me his Fenix BT-20 bike light for repair. He claims he connected the light to a 12V battery pack and after that the light stopped working. Based on the damage, the power was probably connected with wrong polarity.
There's one blown SMD tantalum capacitor and one blown IC, which I guess is the dc-dc controller chip, but the part number is unreadable. See the last picture.
Is it possible to buy a new driver for this light? Or does anyone know, what part is that blown IC so that I can try to replace it?
Many thanks.

Blown chip in the lower right, other parts seem OK. The PIC at the top looked like it got hot, but has no visible burn marks.

Blown capacitor, the two transistors(?) below it don't look damaged.

AV?? (maybe 35)

Google didn't help at all.

What size is the board that the LED is mounted on? When the warrantee is up I may replace the emitter with an XM-L2.

I found a reference to it on the web (AVH1 853318) and lists as a voltage regulator. Could not find any details.

It could be a MOSFET though it is marked as IC1
