My light arrived today. This light is beautiful as ever, no surprise here. What is surprising is how far this light throws. With the standard driver at 1 amp this would be extremely bright to a viewer a mile away. Awesome!!

Pretty sure he took the LEP assembly out of a Weltool W3 or Acebeam W10 and moved it into his custom titanium host.
It was not made from scratch.

A word of caution, though. A couple of months ago, or so, I contacted Tain about buying a second 18650 LaSaber. At that time, he told me that they were all sold out of the 18650 battery model...just the 18500 battery models then remained in stock.
