Is it ok to proxy reserve one for a friend not on CPF? He also sent an email, but wanted an official spot in this thread to be sure. If not, I'm also ok to buy outright and ship to him, but just thought I'd ask to avoid the extra shipping costs (I'm in Canada, he's in the US).
