Does the USB on these nitecore lights work as a USB output?

If I'm backpacking can I plug my phone in and charge off the 18650 in the light? That would save me from packing an extra power bank.

If not is there a a decent light with a USB output available besides these eBay China lights?

Charge only I think. I am releasing a light with DriverVNX2 & USB charging + you can use it to charge your phone too soon ;-)
