No, if anything, mine is maybe a little lighter than I'd ideally prefer.

Mine was purchased already "modded" however, so I am not sure if the spring(s) were adjusted, or stock ?

Thanks Mod! Thanks CPF! Was able to tweak the spring and now it's really a breeze to use the PD. Love it especially the overall size (smaller than the BOSS). While not the latest and the greatest, circa 2005, definitely a keeper.

I cleaned it up, then installed an additional black o-ring inside, from a 6P twisty tailcap assembly. I think it looks quite nice, and fits perfectly.
