Help IDing these 18650s

Just pulled these out of a RAVPower replacement battery for a laptop. The battery pack had written on it the cells are Korean. Any ideas on a manufacturer? Thanks in advance!

They don't look like any cells from the Big 5: Sony, LG, Panasonic, Sanyo and/or Samsung.

Chinese generics?

I have seen cells with that color of sleeve inside genuine Sony NP-F960 battery.
