Help me ID mystery 18650

Pulled this out of a cheap Chinese flashlight. I was going to recycle it but decided to unwrap it out of curiosity. I'm not planning on using it for anything - just wondering if someone can ID it.

It doesn't appear to made by any of the major players (Samsung, Sony, LG, Panasonic, etc.). I tried Googling the markings but couldn't find anything definitive.

Generic cell found in lots of replacement laptop packs.
I have some in a huge lantern mod thats made of 30 cells.
Its been good over 8 years now.

Thanks. Like I said above, first thing I did was Google the markings. Not sure what info can be gleaned from that (sketchy) Austrian site other than the price in Euros...
