Re: High Powered "D" Maglite Drop in *Feeler*

I have a Q5 triple drop in from Malkoff rated at 680 lumens OTF I think, so I would be interested in a 1,2, or 3 D cell drop in that could put out at least 300 more lumens OTF.... I had a modder building me a triple SST 90 a few months ago but he had to many heat issues i guess.... So if your up to the challenge..... :poke:

Re: High Powered "D" Maglite Drop in *Feeler*

I might be interested in one for a 4D Mag too, but would like to get some more precisions first:

* what would be the projected runtimes on e.g. 4xD NiMh 10000mAh (AccuEvolution LSD)?
* is the drop in regulated or direct drive?
* does a 4D Mag offer enough heatsinking in order to run it for max runtime on high?

Thanks

I'd be down for a 3 D and maybe a 6D as well.

I'm in for [at least] one.

What color/tint? Warm/high-CRI (even at cost of "brightness") a definite plus!

P.S. How's my Torch(tm) LiIon Extender coming?

P.P.S. Happy Holidaze!
