What if you bought a Danish designed Suprabeam from a Canadian company that sells in USA?

It is $150 but you get great customer support from Europe or Canada and they sell spare batteries for it. Sometimes it is worth paying a bit more for quality goods. I've been a customer with Suprabeam for a while and I really like their lights. They are like a little bit better than Led Lenser.
