Looking for a 1x 18650 with narrow head and instant access to strobe from off and on

I'm looking for a single 18650 light with a 1 inch or narrower head. Multiple levels and instant access to high and strobe from off and on. Built in charging and a moonlight mode would be a bonus, but not a requirement. So far the only lights I've seen are the Klarus XT2C, Nitecore P10, and MecArmy SPX10. Anything else I'm missing? Any thoughts on durability and reliability of those lights or anything similar?

The Manker U11 checks all your boxes, except it has a 1.25 inch head.
But overall it is a small 18650 light.

That looks like a nice light and I like that it's available in neutral white, but I definitely prefer a 1 inch head on a pocket carried light. I'd prefer to be able to get into strobe without needing a double/triple click, but I may be able to live with that. I should mention I don't have a strong preference for tail or side switch as long as it's easily usable with gloves.
