Looking for a edc for a friend.

I'd like to get a rechargeable EDC 3-4 inches in height flashlight for a friend. My friend has epilepsy so, the strobe mode is out of the question. I'm having a tough time finding one. I don't mind spending money to get good quality, any suggestions would be appreciated.

It may be best to avoid lights that use PWM if strobe is a problem.
Not necessarily a big deal but sensible.

For clarity, when you say rechargeable, do you mean via USB on board the light or that it can use rechargeable batteries that are charged on an external charger?
