Massive cheers to Ecolux shop in the UK

I can't fault these guys....best selection of lithium cells in the UK and post starts at £1.80! for a few cells.

I had a problem with some vapcell 18350 m11 cells and posted a pic and the response I got was .... we are really sorry about this we will post replacements tomorrow for you FOC! and they did!

I have brought loads of cells (replacing all old AW ones) but these guys ha e been brilliant.

Yeah Norbert's a top bloke, who offers excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong batteries (completely my fault). He sent out the right batteries straight away along with a self addressed envelope to send the first ones back to him.

Most people would have waited to receive the original order back before sending out the replacements.

Ecolux are my first port of call for batteries.
